I Am Not Alone

Running errands and talking on the phone, I am pleasantly reminded that I am not alone. Little tiny hands a precious rounded knee pushing &twisting that no one else can see. I look forward to your birth, when I can see your skin. But for now I will just smile, as I feel you play within.

It's almost time to come out and play!

Today I had my 2nd ultrasound just to make sure everything was going Okay. This is one of my favorite parts of being pregnant. It's so awesome to think that is growing inside of me! I'm 33 weeks pregnant. The baby and I are both doing great! He weighs about 4lbs 3oz right now. (can you see his cute little chubby cheeks? auuh) The doctor says thats average, which is unaverage for me. My babies are usually pretty small. I'm excited to see if he'll be over 6lbs. He's officially scheduled to come out to play May 21st.

Easter 2008

Did you know that is one of the earliest Easter times ever! We will never have Easter again this early in the year in our life times.

As early as it was, the weather was Beautfull! We had a wonderfull Easter day! A perfect day to celebrate our Saviors love for us, his atonement, and resurection! We woke up early to find what that Easter bunny left for us. Enjoyed church where Jamie and I had to speak. And then enjoyed spending time with Family and friends at the Grandparents house. The kids hunted eggs and got some really exciting news! Our friends the Bowsers joined us as we hunted more eggs, broke confetti eggs all over each other, and enjoyed a marvelous dinner. We're very thankfull to be blessed with great friends and family!

First thing first, the kiddos had fun finding Easter eggs the Grandparents hid around the house!

They had even more fun when they realized that their eggs contained money! For Brad and Britanie the race was on!

The kids were the MOST excited when grandpa told them the money was to be used for their vacation to Disneyland!

Brtianie started and ended her first season of basket ball. She loved it! She says she's going to keep playing for at least six more years! She's got her mom's short genes, but with her competiveness and determination she really learned and improved a lot.

"Please don't steal Kyla"

Kyla is so cute!!. Because of our busy street, the girls are not allowed to play in the front yard. Every once in a while I'll allow them to play on the porch as long as I can see them. I've told them this is so that no one tries to take them. Yes, I AM a paranoid mother. Today, Kyla was playing on the porch, she was only outside for a few minutes when she must have thought she had a GREAT idea! She ran back in house found some paper and a crayon and asked me if I could make a sign that said "please do not to steal her". I couldn't help but ablige her request, she then ran back outside and stuck it to the front of the house! You can't help but love the innocense of a child's mind!

Happy Birthday Kyla!!!

We can't believe our little Kyla is 5! The thought of her being able to ride on a school bus in the fall seams so unreal.
Every other year the girls get to have a friend birthday, this year was Kyla's family Birthday~with the exception of her 2 fav. friends~Aurbrie Lybrook & Leeah Bowser~that she plays with so often they are almost like family.

Kyla chose to have a Tinker Bell fairy pajama party. Grandma & Grandpa, Uncle Derek, Aunt Rocio, Sabastian, Uncle Donovan, & Aunt Kristin all joined in the the fun.

The Grandparents even remembered their P.J.s!Big Sis Brit helped hostess the games for the girls. Including fishing, flower ball toss, sleeping bag hop races, and scavenger hunt using light up wands in the dark. They all had lots of fun. After all was said and done we read a bed time story~ Tinker Bell pop up book from Uncle Don and Aunt Kristin~Friends and other guests went home and we rested from our celebrations!

The votes were in and it was 100% unanimous~ You agreed you thought we're having a boy. And yes, we're having A BOY! We're all very excited especially Jamie!

So far the baby looks very healthy, and we should have our little guy out towards the end of May. The date will be set for my c-section at my next Dr. appt.. It will either be the 14th or 21st.

SNOW! SNOW! SNOW!

The kids wanted it~ They got it! The last day of Christmas break we got LOTS of snow! We got more than I've ever seen here in Farmington. Typically when we do get snow, it's gone by the afternoon. It's now a week later and our backyard is still blanketed in it.

A Sledding We Will Go

Jamie got off work early and so we got together with friends for some sledding fun! We all had a blast! Kyla and her friend Leeah had as much fun rolling down the mountain as they did sledding down. Brr! When all was said and done we were deffinately ready for some hot cocoa!

Proud Of my Sister

Happy New Years everyone! I just have to say how proud I am of my little sister!!! (no pun intended!) She has lost over 100lbs in 2007! The first picture is of her Thanksgiving 2006, the second picture is her now. Her hard work and dedication is great example to all of us on how to stick to a New Year's resolution!!! Great Job Wendy!!!!

Christmas In Idaho!

Thetrip was short but we ventured the weather and drove to Idaho to spend some Christmas celebrations with Grandma Rice, Aunt Wendy and her Family, Uncle Wes and his family, and all the friends and relatives that were able to make it to G-ma's annual Christmas party. It was extra special since we have not had the opportunity to do this for over 10 years! We didn't tell our girls we were going until we picked them up from a friends house and and were on our way. They were both VERY excited! Aunt Wendy put together a fun program that we ALL had to participate in. The kids of course were the cutest part! Well, I don't know, The men's "Rudolph" was a close 2nd! Santa showed up as always with fun gifts for the kiddos. It was so nice to see everyone! It made this Christmas deffinately a memorable one!
