Happy 10th Birthday Britanie Diane Huffman!!!

Brit has grown into a very sweet pre-teen. She loves to write. She recently tested at an 8th grade reading level and I have to say she writes very well! She hopes to be a famous author someday. Her Favorite color is still light sky blue~favorite food is mozarella stix~ fav dessert is cookies n cream ice cream~ least fav food is fish~ fav book is the Kaitee kazoo books and enjoys mysteries, Fairy tales and fantasy~ Fav. T.V. show is I carly~ Fav movie is Stardust andCamp Rock ~ fav past time is doing fun things with the family~ talents include dance, acting, singing, reading and writing~ Favorite events this last year was going to Disney Land and Sea World with the Grandparents and having a new baby brother.

Time for a Rockin Cake!

Brit is all about Camp Rock right now. She sent out Camp Rock b-day invitations to a few friends to join the family for a rockin cool swimmingly fun Birthday party!!! Hailey, Lexy, Brad, Samantha, and Sarah all joined the fun at the pool and then we all went back to our house for cake with the relatives.

Brits cake upon request was a cookies n cream Ice Cream cake made special for Brit by Mom!

My little guy grows in sweetness everyday! I just wish the physical growth could slow down long enough for me to remember and enjoy every little phase a lttle bit more. Is having him be 7lbs. for about a year and then at a slow but healthy rate grow a few lbs. more every year after that asking way too much. I just want my little guy to be a baby longer.

At Brendans 4 month check up he was 15lbs. 26 1/2 " long. He's in the 50% for weight and 80% for height.

Good Morning

Good Morning!
Brendan is typically a happy little guy. It is not uncommon for us to find him laying awake in his bed in the morning, looking around and playing with his blanket. It makes my heart melt when he catches us peeking in at him and grins from ear to ear!

much needed haircut

One of the fun after effects of pregnancy. I always loose handfulls of hair. Cutting it short makes the sheddage look like less. Is sheddage a word? Any way we like the change.

Jamie recently won Best of Show and a blue ribbon at the county fair for his story time painting of our girls!

Brendans 3 Months old

Brendan is interacting a lot more with his sweet smiles,giggles and cooing. He's rolled over for the first time and has starting grabbing things. It's been fun watching his progress but I still want to push pause on his growth.

I got seriously addicted to reading the Twilight Series. I just finished the last one and can focus on other things now.

I can't believe our little Kyla has started school!!!
She loves it! And she loves having one of her best freinds Leeah in her class.

Britanie is now in 4th grade and loves her teacher.

She said her favorite part was when they read a book about a ginger bread boy, some how he got out of the book and they had to go find him. They couldn't catch that FAST cookie boy, but he left them ginger bread cookies to eat.

Grandma Rice and Aunt Wendy come to visit

My Mom and sister were finally able to come down and meet our sweet little Brendan. It was so much fun having them, the time went WAY too fast! We went to the county fair parade, the childrens museum, and Durango. In the mix of all the fun, I'm kicking myself for not getting a picture of my mom with Brendan. You know what that means mom, you'll have to come visit again very soon so that we can have that picture!!
