This is the reason I have not updated our blog in so long!

I got seriously addicted to reading the Twilight Series. I just finished the last one and can focus on other things now.

Kyla's first day of kindergarten

I can't believe our little Kyla has started school!!!
She loves it! And she loves having one of her best freinds Leeah in her class.

Britanie is now in 4th grade and loves her teacher.

Kyla Loved her first Day!

She said her favorite part was when they read a book about a ginger bread boy, some how he got out of the book and they had to go find him. They couldn't catch that FAST cookie boy, but he left them ginger bread cookies to eat.

Grandma Rice and Aunt Wendy come to visit

My Mom and sister were finally able to come down and meet our sweet little Brendan. It was so much fun having them, the time went WAY too fast! We went to the county fair parade, the childrens museum, and Durango. In the mix of all the fun, I'm kicking myself for not getting a picture of my mom with Brendan. You know what that means mom, you'll have to come visit again very soon so that we can have that picture!!

Having Fun ar the Bar D

While my mom and sister were here, we went to the Bar D for dinner. The food and show were GREAT! The kids really enjoyed the train, playing in the water, getting chocolates and the nature trail. Well, WENDY really enjoyed the nature trail! The kids were so funny, they whined about the hike almost the whole time, Grandma Rice and Bonnie called it quits half way up. Kyla was a trooper and stayed up with Aunt Wendy almost the whole time. Golliwhoppers

Brit took an acting class this summer and performed in a Sandstone play called Golliwhoppers. She did an outstanding job! This is a picture of Brit and Kyla in front of the outdoor stage she performed on. She said she loved doing the show and deffinately plans on continuing the childrens theatre next year. I'm glad she's inherited my love for theatre!!!

Brit and Brendan

Britanie has been a huge help with Brendan!!! When I'm busy, Brit helps out with a fussy Brendan by sitting at the edge of the bed and bouncing up and down. He instantly stops fussing! If she stops for even a second he instantly starts to cry again. He's really helping her get a work out in! What's funny is this is the same workout Brit gave mom n dad when she was a baby. I tell her it's for payback! But as you can see from the pictures she loves helping out with him!!!

Girls Just Wanna Have Fun!!!

While Brit had a sleepover with her friend Hailey, Kyla and Aubrie Lybrook had their first sleepover. They were so cute!!! As soon as we got to our house the girls instantly put on their P.J.s and started a pillow fight. Kyla says her Fav. part was having a puppet show, going to "Ol McDonalds" for happy meals, sleeping in the living room and staying up late watching movies.

Puppy Class

Kyla attended a puppy class with the rec center this summer. No real puppies aloud! Her favorite part was eating cookie bones and having dog races!

Britanies a Disney STAR!!!

We were very excited to see Brit on Disney channel recently. Britanie submitted this video in for the High School Musical "You be the Star" weekend. We were super excited that they chose part of this video to aire on Disney Channel!!!
